You'll find that the instructions (and your selections) change depending on whether you're using Facebook on your computer or a web browser. The website, however, allows you to totally control who has access to your Friends list, but the app only allows you to see your Friends list. Here's how you go about it:

1- Open Facebook by using any browser like chrome or firefox.
2- To access the menu, click on the triangle in the top right corner and then pick "Settings & privacy."
3- Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
4- Then, under the left-hand column, select "Privacy."
5- Select "Who can see your friends list?" from the drop-down menu under "How People Can Find and Contact You." Simply click on it.
6- Select the people who should be included in your Friends list from the drop-down menu. Choose one choice from the following list:

Public: Anyone can see your Friends list if it is made public.
Friends: Your Friends only can see your friends list.
Friends except: All of your friends, with the exception of the ones you choose
Specific friends: Only the Friends you've chosen are visible.
Only me: You are the only one who has access to your Friends list.
Custom: You have complete control over who has access to and who does not have access to your Friends list. Custom lets you input particular lists or names under "Share with" to allow them to access your Friends list, or you may enter no lists of names under "Don't share with" to prohibit them from seeing your Friends list. You can save your customized options by clicking "Save changes" after you're finished.
7- To save your settings, click "Close" on the right-hand side of the screen.
